#DearKamryn Year Two

#DearKamryn, 

Today you are two! I am a mommy to a two year old how?! I love you so much baby girl! This year has been fun! You weren’t walking by your first birthday so that was a huge milestone at the beginning of this year! You are talking so much! I’m amazed at that little brain of yours! You have such a sweet heart Kamryn, always asking if “I’m okay” haha i don’t know where you learned it from, but when you lean in with that little face of concern, I melt, the world needs your sweet heart. You love pizza, thanks to TT Courtney, you ask for it often & we almost always give in! You love to sing!   You wake up singing. Wheels on the bus is your jam, but ABCs is a fan favorite. I’m also proud to say you love Beyoncé almost as much as I do! I hope 10 years from now when you are reading this, we are still having our dance parties. You have grown a lot this year, your personality is front and center and it’s been beautiful to watch! Your are my sunshine! You are officially potty trained! You have discovered Peppa Pig, and are mimicking everything you see! You have had your go at a few curse words lol, so we’re cleaning up our words around here. You have switched your love of fruits to more of a love hate relationship with veggies! Your favorite snack is seaweed from Trader Joe’s, which happens to be mine too! We can never keep enough in the house! You love being outside, and talking on the phone. You are giving kisses again and I am so so happy! For a long while you wouldn’t give anyone a kiss, we were respecting your ‘No’ but I am so glad that’s done! I missed your sweet nose kisses! We moved closer to Gigi and being able to be closer to family has been a godsend for us both! Your village is strong! You are still so silly! You make me laugh constantly! You have a laugh that just fills me up! I wish time could stand still!

 You are still 100% daddy’s girl, I’m sure that will never change, watching you two together is one of my favorite things! You’re a special lady Kakes. You are strong willed and very opinionated, you are thoughtful and sweet. You are gentle and loving! I’m so grateful  you’re mine!  My prayer going into year two is that you continue growing healthy, that you continue to have a song in your spirit and your heart stays pure! I pray that the Lord guides you in a way that only he can! I pray that your smile never fades and that this day and everyday before and after, above all else you know  and can feel how much you are loved!

Mommy and I love you are my two favorite things you say right now. Oh and Hey Google. If smiles could save the world, yours would hands down! Today we get to celebrate you! We get to celebrate that God chose us to raise such an amazingly special little girl! How blessed am I to be able to create life from my body, but even more blessed that I got you! This life is so much more beautiful because you’re in it! Happiest of birthdays my sweet sweet girl! You are my greatest love!
