We just got back from an amazing trip to celebrate our sister's 30th birthday in Las Vegas. Sharing with you our favorite looks from the trip. All outfits are from Pretty Little Thing.
Absolutely loved this silk robe dress. The rust color complimented my newly tan skin. I paired this look with a black chunky heel that had pendent detailing and dangling earrings with money signs. I ordered a size US4 and it wasn't too tight around the shoulders or bust. I am 5'9 and this dress was a little on the shorter side. The only downside to this dress is it is made like a legit robe. There is one button to hold it closed. I had to wear rust colored shorts underneath and when the wind blew everyone got a great view.
I was a little hesitant to order this airport look because of the quality of the camo jacket. I ordered a US 6 so the jacket could fit my long arms. I loved the oversized look and the material was not too thin. Underneath the jacket, I wore tangerine sweatpants with a matching bandeau in a size small. The sweatpants were very comfortable and the length was perfect. The bandeau was my least favorite of everything I ordered. It has elastic around the top of the bandeau but not the bottom. I felt like I was constantly having to pull it down because my boobs were hanging out underneath. The material was extremely thin and you could see my boobs through the bandeau. I paired this look with my dirty white vans for the ultimate comfy look.
Women suits are in right now and I typically stay away from anything super trendy, but the bell bottom fit of the pants and the print of the suit drew me in. I ordered a US size 2 and it fit perfectly. The pants sit right at my hips and the length of them is perfect for a chunky heel. I wore it with sneakers and a layered chain necklace to add my own personal style. With a 5'6 frame, the pants did drag a little bit. The jacket was not as fitted as I would have liked but I did not order with enough time to make alterations. The suit was good quality made from 100% polyester.
I was super nervous about this dress. I am pretty small and sometimes tight fitting items highlight that in all the wrong ways. I loved the yellow and for the price figured if it did not work I did not lose a lot. Turned out I LOVED everything about this dress. I ordered a US size 4, after reading reviews that it had no stretch throughout the bottom. I have a small chest and the straps were adjustable but I could have still used a few alterations to help give a bit more cleavage. The ruffle detailing at the bottom and the criss-cross bodice were my favorite. It fit really well in the bottom for me even being that I am small. I wore a soft pink chunky heel from Aldo, simple gold necklace and earrings, and finished it with a vintage Chanel purse.
There are a couple people who have said Pretty Little Thing takes forever to ship or the material is terrible quality. We did not have any of these issues and received our packages a week after ordering. Jasmine even received two of the same shirt so I get one too. We ordered sunglasses and jewelry from here and the quality is what I would expect from a fast fashion brand. We purposely set out to get all of our looks from one website and Pretty Little Thing did not disappoint. Jasmine ended up spending around $250 and got 15 items. We would definitely recommend ordering from here if you are looking to buy cute items that aren't made for 'Instagram model' body shapes. The models on this website have real bodies, making it easier to picture yourself in the clothes.
XOXO,
Alliyah & Jasmine
